Person On Bicycle Struck By Vehicle In Edmond

EDMOND, Oklahoma -

Emergency responders are on the scene of an accident where a person on a bicycle was struck by a car near Bryant and Ayers in Edmond.

The accident occurred just north of OU Medical Center in Edmond.

No word yet on how severe the bicyclist was injured, but according to EMSA the victim was a college student who was "bumped off their bike".

The victim in the accident called News 9 just after our 5 p.m. broadcast to say he was fine and back safe at home.
