OKC Woman Accused Of Stabbing Boyfriend

Police arrested a woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend at an apartment in northwest Oklahoma City.

On September 4, police were called to an apartment complex on May just north of Memorial Road. When officers arrived around 10 p.m., they found a man in the parking lot covered in blood. Paramedics reported he had at least three stab wounds to the chest.

According to the police report, the victim said his girlfriend, 43-year-old Shauna Lee, stabbed him. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police found Lee walking away from the couple's apartment. She had blood on her face.

When officers asked her what happened, Lee said her boyfriend arrived home while she was sleeping. She said he'd been drinking, and he "hit her nine times" while she was lying in bed.

Officers said Lee had a strong odor of alcohol on her breath and person. Domestic violence detectives were then called to the scene. Officers arrested Lee on a complaint of assault with a deadly weapon.

Lee's boyfriend is expected to recover.
