An investigation by a loss prevention officer for Office Depot leads to one arrest.

Police arrested 44-year-old Roger Lee Shrum for the alleged theft of several electronic items from the stores.

The prevention officer first noticed a substantial amount of items missing from several stores located in the central part of the U.S. Through GPS tracking devices, he was led to 524 Waterview Road.

The loss prevention officer called police, who then arrested Shrum. Police say they found the stolen items in Shrum's house. Those items included ink cartridges, hard drives, office supplies, counterfeit money detectors, cable adapters, sharpies, computer disks, seven laptops and Blackberry playbooks.
