One man is dead and another is recovering after a double shooting Sunday morning in northeast Oklahoma City.

Police say two men were shot just before 5 a.m. on September 2 in the 100 block of N.E. 37th Street, which is near N.E. 36th Street and N. Santa Fe. Paramedics rushed both victims to a nearby hospital.

One man died a short time later. Police are still trying to identify him. Roy McCoy, 32, was also hit by gunfire but was expected to survive.

Police have not named any suspects in the shooting, and they're still trying to determine what led up to it. They say it may be gang-related.
