OSAGE COUNTY, Oklahoma -

A small grass fire broke out at the Tall Chief Cove area of Skiatook Lake Monday afternoon.

The fire was threatening some nearby campsites, but firefighters were able to contain the wildfire before it reached the campgrounds.

Oklahoma remains under a state-wide burn ban, and residents are reminded to call 911 if they see any grass fires.
