Triple-digit heat didn't prevent thousands of people from enjoying Arts Festival Oklahoma at Oklahoma City Community College.

At least 25,000 people are expected to visit the festival during the three-day holiday weekend. It's one of the top arts festivals in the region.

This year's featured artist is Neil Cluck from Tulsa. He's known for his 3D paintings.

"Well, everything I have is oils sculpted on wood pieces, and/or wood panels," said Cluck. "Everything is three-dimensional painted on canvas about 30 years, and I just needed something more three-dimensional about 12 years ago. [I] just got tired of painting a 3D world on a flat canvas. [It] made no sense."

Arts Festival Oklahoma runs Sunday until 9 p.m., and Monday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
