NEW YORK CITY--In case you missed the announcement earlier this week, there was an elimination... and it was NOT me!

We started with an original pool of 22,000 applicants, and we are down to the final three. We have yet to receive word from MLB on whether or not there will be additional eliminations, but the final three are just doing our best to stay positive and continue contributing content. I just want to thank you for your contributions and support up to this point. I literally could not have gotten to this point without your assistance. Thanks so much!

As this season winds down and the playoff race heats up, I have been able to reflect on the last five months and look forward to (hopefully) the next two in NYC. This experience has been way more than I ever could have expected, and I am continuously blown away by the blessings that I have received. Two of the biggest blessings are having the opportunity to represent the St. Louis Cardinals and the entire state of Oklahoma while being here. I take that responsibility very seriously, and I look forward to continuing that trend.

As crazy as this week was because of eliminations, we still had a full slate of concerts. Neon Trees performed on Tuesday, and The Band Perry came in on Thursday. Both shows were excellent and the crowds really enjoyed them. Be sure to check MLBFanCave.com in the next few weeks to see the concert videos. The next two scheduled concerts are Jason Aldean and All-American Rejects. The Cave Concerts are definitely heating up!

Be sure to check out our latest video where Jarrod Saltalamacchia of the Boston Red Sox walks through the streets of NYC trying to find fans that are willing to throw a pitch to him. Also, here are some Colorado Rockies players locked in a little game of Truth or Dare.

Here are the blogs that I have written this week. Be sure to check them out, share them on your social media sites, and leave some comments:

-AL Manager of the Year: Maddon, Melvin, or Showalter

-Player Poll: Locks for the Hall of Fame

-The Making of "Cardinal Nation (Sea Full of Red)"

-Jason Heyward: The Next Great Brave

As always, please ask everyone you can think of to do the following:

-Follow me on Instagram: KyleOKC

-Like my fan page

-Subscribe to my YouTube channel

Thanks again for all of the help, and I'll update you on MLB's plans as I hear about them.
