TULSA, Oklahoma -

The Dollar General manager accused of videotaping a female employee in the restroom was formally charged Thursday.

Gary Weiser, 49, was charged with three counts of peeping tom with photographic or electronic equipment, and two counts of outraging public decency.

Police say Weiser used his cell phone camera to videotape a 24-year-old employee in the restroom at the Dollar General at 35 South 49th West Avenue.

Weiser was arrested after that employee found the phone and called police.
