Man Charged With Murder In Paseo Arts District Shooting

OKLAHOMA CITY -

A man accused in the fatal shooting near the Paseo Arts District last week is charged with first degree murder.

Witnesses told police William Harding shot 25-year-old Blake Friesen several times.

Court documents show Harding told police Friesen pulled a gun on him first and then led officers to the place he hid the gun after the shooting.
