Bomb Squad Removes Suspicious Device From SW OKC Home

Police and a bomb squad were called out to a southwest Oklahoma City home to check out a suspicious package Tuesday afternoon.

The home is located in the 2600 block of S.W. 23rd Street. The search is in response to an arrest made in Norman.

According to police, the bomb squad removed one suspicious device from the house. They did not say what the item is, but said it will be disposed of by authorities.
