The Cowgirls soccer team stayed unbeaten on the season with a 1-0 victory over Weber State Sunday afternoon.

The fifth-ranked Cowgirls broke the 0-0 tie in the 64th minute when George Christie scored the first goal of her career. The sophomore's goal improved the Cowgirls to 2-0 on the young season.

OSU head coach Colin Carmichael says there are some things he'd like his team to improve on.

"The game was okay. Obviously, there's a lot for us to work on going forward," said Carmichael. "There are certainly a lot of positives with it, but we've got work to do before next weekend."

The Cowgirls return to action Friday night when Vanderbilt comes to Stillwater for a 7:00 p.m. start.
