The Oklahoma City RedHawks had won two straight games following a 10-game losing streak, but couldn't make it three on Thursday night, losing 5-1 to the Fresno Grizzlies.

Fresno got off to a fast start in the top of the first when Todd Linden doubled home Fransisco Peguero and Brett Pill to make it 2-0. There was no more scoring until the ninth when Fresno scored three more to put the game out of reach. Oklahoma City's lone run came on a passed ball in the bottom of the ninth.

Jason Stephenson earned the win for Fresno, pitching five shutout innings and allowing just two hits. Rudy Owens took the loss for OKC, allowing two earned runs in 5 2/3 innings.

Oklahoma City will look to take three out of four from Fresno tomorrow night at 7:05 p.m. in Bricktown.
