Oklahoma City police arrest a homeless man accused of severely beating another man.

When police arrived, officers said they saw the man covered in so much blood they were unable to determine the man's race. The victim told police the men beat, choked and stabbed him. The victim suffered a deep cut to his arm and his eyes were swollen shut. He was transported to the hospital.
