HITCHITA, Oklahoma - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is calling a McIntosh County man's death suspicious after finding his body inside his pickup truck.

Robert Hall, 55, was found late Monday night in the truck, which was parked outside his house near Hitchita. Investigators say there was trauma to his body, but they don't know yet how the wounds were inflicted.

The state medical examiner is performing an autopsy to determine how Hall died. OSBI agents are collecting evidence and conducting interviews while they wait for the autopsy report.

Investigators do not believe Hall's death is connected to a woman's homicide in nearby Checotah. Her body was found in a burned home early Tuesday morning.
