OKC Police Arrest Man Accused Of Raping 11 Month Old, 5 Year Old

An Oklahoma City man is sitting in jail, accused of raping the 11-month-old daughter and 5-year-old son of his girlfriend.

The woman took her infant daughter to Children's Hospital on Thursday, August 9. There were bruises on her face, and signs she'd been sexually assaulted. She had to be taken into surgery. Doctors called the police.

The baby's mother told investigators her boyfriend, 30-year-old Nathan Dewayne McKinney, had been caring for the baby since she'd left for work that morning. A family member who was at the residence that day with McKinney said he'd stayed upstairs all day with the infant, only coming out of the bedroom twice to feed the child and give her a bath.

The woman's 5-year-old son was then brought to the hospital for an examination. Doctors noticed he was walking very slowly, bent over at the waist and holding his side. When doctors examined the boy, they discovered he had an intestinal tear which they believed was the result of a sexual assault. When police questioned him, the child said McKinney had hurt him. The boy was also taken into surgery to repair his injuries.

Police arrested McKinney and booked him into the Oklahoma County jail on two counts of rape by instrumentation. His bond was set at $100,000.
