CHEROKEE COUNTY, Oklahoma -

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Oklahoma State sophomore defensive tackle Christian Littlehead. Littlehead is charged with misdemeanor assault and battery in Cherokee County.

According to the affidavit, the incident occurred in March, where a women got into a verbal argument with Littleheld at a birthday party after she accused him of cheating at beer pong.

Littlehead allegedly hit her in the face, causing the woman to fall and scrape her knees and hand.

This is not Littlehead's first run-in with the law. Littlehead, who started four games for OSU a year ago, was suspended for the Fiesta Bowl last season. Since December, Littlehead has pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia possession, been arrested for public intoxication, and now has a warrant out for his arrest.

Oklahoma State says his status on the team has not changed.
