Duncan Man Drowns In Lake Murray

The Oklahoma Lake Patrol is reporting the drowning of a Duncan man in Lake Murray in Carter County.

Troopers say 31-year-old Kenneth Thomas drowned Sunday while swimming with friends in the lake near Ardmore.

Troopers say Thomas' disappeared about 11:40 a.m. and was found by his friends about noon. Thomas was taken to an Ardmore hospital where he was pronounced dead.
