South Tulsa Woman Stabs Man In Self Defense

A domestic argument early Saturday morning escalated when a woman stabbed her boyfriend in the right arm, Tulsa police said.

It happened at the Vintage on Yale Apartments at 81st Street and Yale Avenue around 2:30 a.m.

Police said the man dragged the woman through the parking lot, and she ran to the apartment to call police. The man came into the apartment and confronted her, so she grabbed a knife to defend herself, Tulsa Police Cpl. Mark Secrist said.

The man was transported to a local hospital to receive medical attention.
