Wagoner County Man Arrested, Charged With Abuse Of Infant Son

WAGONER COUNTY, Oklahoma -

A Wagoner County man wanted for felony child abuse is in custody. Zachary Cobb, 28, was arrested in Tahlequah this weekend.

Authorities found Cobb lying on a couch at a Tahlequah residence, according to Major Gary Handley with the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office. He was arrested without incident and returned to Wagoner County.

The child abuse charge alleges that Cobb injured his infant son who is presently on a feeding tube, Handley said.

Cobb is a tattoo artist who was wanted on a $250,000 bond. He also faces gun and drug charges.
