Another woman is accusing a Luther Funeral Home of more unscrupulous dealings.
Tonya Herring says her father died in May 2011. She says the family paid Brown's Funeral Home $2,300 for services.
Herring says someone from Brown's forged her mother's signature on an insurance document. She says Tom Brown offered to give the family a free head stone in exchange for keeping quiet about it. She says Brown has not made good on his promise, and has been avoiding her family.
"He won't return my phone calls. My sister's tried leaving messages. My brother has tried leaving messages. He won't take our calls," Herring said.
Oklahoma's Funeral Board Director says Tom Brown lost his license to operate a funeral home 10 years ago.
