OSU and OU combine to occupy 10 spots on the preseason All-Big 12 team, which was voted on and released Wednesday by the media members who cover the conference.

The offensive team is highlighted by OU wide receiver Kenny Stills and OSU running back Joseph Randle. The all-conference offensive line is anchored by the Cowboys' Lane Taylor, along with OU's Ben Habern and Gabe Ikard.

Both schools are also represented on the defensive side of the ball. Sooners' defensive lineman Jamarkus McFarland and safety Tony Jefferson, along with Oklahoma State cornerback Brodrick Brown all made the list.

OSU's punter/kicker Quinn Sharp made the team as the preseason all-conference selection for both positions.

Ikard, Sharp and Brown all earned their way onto the final 2011 All-Big 12 team.

The Texas Longhorns had the third-most spots represented on the preseason team with four.

One notable omission from the team is OU quarterback Landry Jones. West Virginia's Geno Smith was selected to take the quarterback position in the school's first year in the conference.
