Midwest City's Heart Hospital remained closed Friday morning after water suddenly flooded the building.

Emergency crews rushed to the hospital, located at 8121 National Avenue, Thursday afternoon when a water line broke. They discovered the flooding had knocked out ceiling tiles and covered the floor in about four inches of water.

Everyone got out safely of the building safely, and patients were moved to nearby Midwest Regional Hospital.

Friday morning, crews were still working to clean up the mess left by the flooding. There's no word on when the hospital will re-open.
