Van Crashes Into Del City Lake, Child Rescued

DEL CITY, Oklahoma -

Oklahoma City divers pulled a child from a van after it crashed into Eagle Lake in Del City.

The van apparently slipped out of gear and crashed into the lake in the 3400 block of E. Reno. The Del City Fire Department requested help from the Oklahoma City dive team Thursday around 3 p.m.

A child was pulled from the van. It's not known who else may have been rescued, but authorities say that everyone involved is safe and that no injuries were sustained.
