A judge in LeFlore County, Tuesday, ruled a Fort Coffee man accused of murdering a pregnant woman should be held without bond, until his August preliminary hearing.

Christopher Simpson is charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the April shooting of Ka'Loni Marie Flynn, 20, and her unborn baby.

Simpson's lawyer argued his client was not a flight risk, but the judge disagreed.
