OKLAHOMA CITY -

Police are investigating the homicide of a 15-year-old boy after he was found shot to death late Sunday night in northwest Oklahoma City.

Neighbors near N.W. 105th Street and Western heard gunshots around 10:30 p.m. When officers arrived, they found Richard Morales lying dead in the street.

Police spent several hours at the scene collecting evidence and speaking to witnesses. They determined there were likely several suspects involved in the shooting. Police are searching for an early 2000s model gray Ford Focus that may have been involved in the shooting.

"There were multiple shots fired," said Oklahoma City Police Lt. Don Holland. "I do not know how many shots fired. Hopefully, CSI can process the scene and determine exactly how many rounds were fired. But I know multiple rounds were fired."
