Two years ago a convenience store clerk was killed on the job during a robbery attempt and still the case remains unsolved, leaving the victim's family crying out for justice. 

The last time Debbie Johnson saw her brother was at a 4th of July family barbecue in 2010. Eleven days later he was shot and killed.

Danny Johnson was the doting uncle, a talented artist and Debbie Johnson's only sibling.

"We was funny and generous," Debbie recalls. "He would literally give you his last dime,"

But that life came to a tragic end in the early morning hours of July 14. Danny was working the overnight shift at Maine Mini Mart in Enid when someone came into the store, robbed it, then shot Danny on the way out.

"He actually was not supposed to be working that night. His boss was on vacation and he was filling in," said Debbie.

A woman who later came into the store found Danny's dead body and called 911.

Police scoured the crime scene and released surveillance video of the man they believe is the killer. But two years later no one has been arrested.

"I think just the fact that he's out there and today's the 4^th of July and he's able to have a get-together with his family and there's this huge hole missing in ours. I just think I have a sense of that's just so not fair," Debbie said.

Still, Debbie knows finding her brother's killer won't make her miss him any less. It won't make the pain stop, but it could keep it from happening to someone else.

"To me, if you're callous enough to take a life, what's to stop you from doing it again if you've done it once?" said Debbie.

And even if she'll never have closure, Debbie has not given up hope for justice.

"We miss him so much. I can't even put it into words. It's just a big hole."
