Man Arrested For Pushing Girlfriend Out Of Moving Car In OKC

A metro man was arrested for beating up his girlfriend and pushing her out of a moving car on Monday in Oklahoma City.

According to the police report, Derick Larkins, 27, punched the woman in the head and face about 40 times before forcing her out of the vehicle near 36th and Lincoln in Oklahoma City.

The car was going about 30 miles an hour, police said.

The victim told police that Larkins was upset because they were running out of gas.

Larkins faces several complaints including assault and battery.
