Posted: Updated:
OKLAHOMA COUNTY, Oklahoma -

Multiple Metro Law Enforcement Agencies are teaming up to crackdown on drunk drivers this weekend.

"Operation Standoff" is the largest event of multiple agencies throughout the metro. Officers with the OKC, Midwest City, and Bethany departments, along with sheriff's deputies and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol are aiming to cut down on alcohol related offenses.

Six different sobriety checkpoints set up throughout Oklahoma County through Sunday morning.

Officials say there will be zero tolerance for people found violating traffic laws, such as DUI's, outstanding warrants and felonies.
