OKC Man Charged With Sexual Abuse Of A 12-Year-Old Girl

A man accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl is now charged in the case.

Justin Hughes, 32, is charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a child and one count of manufacturing child pornography.

Police arrested Hughes earlier this month after the young girl told police Hughes came into her bedroom wearing only a shirt. She said Hughes fondled her then told her it was time to make him happy.

Police said Hughes admitted he did go into the girl's room and made a sexual comment. Police said he also admitted to recording video of the girl while she was taking a shower.
