Alleged Victim Testifies During Hearing For Former OU Professor Accused Of Child Rape

A former University of Oklahoma professor charged with child sex crimes appeared in court Friday for a preliminary hearing in Cleveland County.

Dwain Pellebon is charged with two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of child sexual abuse by lewd acts and two counts of lewd sex acts with a child under the age of 16.

According to court documents, the 55-year-old former professor assaulted two children who are now 15 and 13. The assaults occurred between January 2010 and December 2011.
