The Nashville Sounds evened the four game series against Oklahoma City Thursday night with a 2-1 victory.

Travis Ishikawa's double in the sixth broke the tie ball game giving Nashville the run it needed to notch the win.

The Sounds pocketed two quick outs to start the game before Brett Wallace's single to right got things going for the RedHawks. Scott Moore followed with a single that advanced Wallace to third then Fernando Martinez knocked another single to right to score Wallace giving OKC an early 1-0 lead.

Nashville evened the score in the fourth as Jay Gibbons blasted a home run ball to right center.

Later in the sixth, the first batter up for Nashville, Caleb Gindl drew a walk. One out later, Ishikawa stepped to the plate and sent a line drive to right for a double scoring Gindl for the go ahead run.

Aneury Rodriguez is credited with the loss for OKC after five innings of work allowing two runs. Nashville's Amaury Rivas picks up the win, his fourth of the season.

Game three is Friday in Nashville with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
