Two more people charged with killing a federal inmate in the Grady Country jail appeared in front of a judge Thursday.

Grant Curry and Cody Sitlington are two of six inmates charged with murdering Anthony Mollman.

"That is a capital offense, the penalties are death, life without parole or life in the state penitentiary," said Grady County District Attorney Jason Hicks.

Mollman was killed in his jail cell on May 17. Mollman's family says Mollman was cooperating with investigators in a federal drug investigation.

Mollman was in jail after pleading guilty on drug charges as part of a plea deal with the government. The evidence: a 14 minute Surveillance video that recorded the whole thing. Mollman's family questions why no one at the jail noticed the attack was happening.

The Warden at the jail tells News 9, since the incident is under investigation, he would have to refer our questions to the OSBI.   OSBI was called in by the jail authority to investigate.

"We're investigating anything and everything that led to the death of our victim and that includes individuals, those on-duty, policies of the jail, everything is involved in that," said OSBI spokesperson Jessica Brown.

Court papers allege Curry and Sitlington were two of the primary attackers in Mollman's death.

Four other defendants in the case appeared before a judge earlier this month. Court denied bond on both defendants Thursday.  They are both already serving time in federal prison.

The four other inmates charged in the attack made their appearances in the case earlier this month.
