Police Identify Couple Found Dead In Midwest City Mobile Home

MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma -

Midwest City police have released the names of a man and woman killed in a murder-suicide on June 14 at the Village Oaks mobile home park.

Police said 41-year-old Walter Peery shot and killed his 41-year-old wife, Ginny Peery. He then turned the gun on himself. Police said one of the couple's children found their bodies inside the mobile home.

Midwest City Police Assistant Chief Sid Porter said there was no history of violence or calls to the address. Neighbors said the same.
