Police have a suspect in custody in the shooting death of young man at a Tulsa apartment complex early Sunday.

Police arrested Dalven Moore for the death of 19-year-old Deonte Fulsome in a Sunday shooting at about 10:30 a.m. at the Silverstone Apartment Complex, 13100 East 31st Street.

When Tulsa police officers arrived at the scene, they found some citizens doing CPR on the victim, according to Sergeant Robert Rohloff with the Tulsa Police Department.

They learned the shooting was the result of an ongoing dispute between "two factions" that began at Silverstone the night before, according to Sergeant Dave Walker of the Tulsa Police Homicide department. Fulsome was part of a group that returned to the complex Sunday morning, looking for those involved in the argument, Walker said.

There was an exchange of gunfire, and Fulsome was shot. He was taken to St. Francis hospital but died of multiple gunshot wounds.

Evidence markers indicate that at least 17 shell casings have been found. Rohloff said they had reports that several guns were involved.

It is Tulsa's 26th homicide of 2012.
