Governor Mary Fallin has signed into law the last 20 bills adopted by the 2012 Oklahoma Legislature and vetoed three others.

Fallin disposed of the remaining bills from the legislative session on Friday. Lawmakers convened on Feb. 6 and adjourned on May 25.

Among the bills she vetoed is one that disapproved of a Department of Health rule requiring all licensed home care agencies to offer an annual, on-site flu shot to employees. Fallin who OK'd the rule in February 2011, says in her veto message it was designed to protect the sick and elderly and is good public policy.

She also vetoed a bill that disapproved a Department of Agriculture rule she had approved to assess a $50 fee to inspect farmed deer pens to offset costs.
