Oklahoma City Police have identified and arrested a man who assaulted a woman, then shot up a Denny's restaurant after he was forced to leave.

It was all caught on surveillance video inside the restaurant and police say a Crime Stoppers tip led to the arrest of 50-year-old Raychele Allen.

Police say they did question the woman who was being assaulted in the video, but said she would not give them the man's real name.

Investigators then released the surveillance video from inside the Denny's in Midwest City, hoping it would help identify the man they were looking for.

Allen is charged with domestic abuse and reckless conduct with a firearm.
