Ingredients:
1 pound ground chuck
3 links Italian sausage, cases removed
1 cup spaghetti, cooked
1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
4 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1 clove of garlic, roasted
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl combine the Italian ground chuck, Italian sausage, spaghetti noodles, 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings, salt and pepper. Make into 4 equal patties. Do not worry if spaghetti strings stick out.
Place into a hot skillet and cook till each side is browned. Pour in the spaghetti sauce and simmer patties in sauce for 5 minutes with the lid on.
While patties are cooking, in a small bowl combine the roasted garlic and olive oil. Spread onto both sides of the ciabatta bread and place under the broiler to brown.
Once browned, top with burger spooning sauce over the top. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top and sprinkle with basil!
