OKC Police Arrest 16 People In Two Day Prostitution Sting

OKLAHOMA CITY -

A two day prostitution sting in Oklahoma City results in multiple arrests.

The Oklahoma City Police Vice Unit conducted the sting along South Robinson Avenue on Thursday May 31 through Friday June 1.

Police arrested 16 people, 8 men, 7 women and one juvenile during the operation. Eight vehicles were also impounded.

Police said there been an increase in the number of juvenile prostitutes working in the South Robinson area.

Police plan to hold more stings along South Robinson and other areas throughout the city known for prostitution.
