OKLAHOMA CITY - Police arrested a man who is accused of shooting two people early Sunday morning during an attempted carjacking in northeast Oklahoma City.

One of the victims identified the shooter as 20-year-old Terez Hog.

Police told News 9 three people were at a stop sign at Northeast 33rd Street and Lottie Avenue when Hog came up to their vehicle and started shooting.

Two of the victims were taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
