OKC Man Accused Of Running Prostitution Ring Skips Court Hearing

A man accused of running a prostitution ring out of his upscale metro home skipped his day in court on racketeering charges Tuesday.

Last week, News 9 sat down with Germaine Coulter who told us the prostitution accusations are false.

"I was never a pimp or a ring leader. I was a manager of an escort service 4 years ago, and I have done my time, you know," Coulter said.

Coulter's attorney said his client never turned himself in on separate charges as planned. And on Tuesday, the attorney said he believes Coulter may be out of state.
