AAA wants to make sure this upcoming Memorial Day weekend is a safe one.

AAA Oklahoma's Tipsy Tow community service program runs from 6 p.m. on Friday, May 25 until 2 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29, in metropolitan Oklahoma City and Tulsa, as well as in Shawnee, Bartlesville, Ardmore, Lawton, Muskogee and Enid.

"In some situations, even one drink can be enough to impair your driving abilities," said Chuck Mai, spokesman for AAA Oklahoma. "And the more you have to drink, the greater the chances for tragedy behind the wheel. We hope Tipsy Tow gets a lot of calls over the holiday. This way, everyone, including the vehicle, gets home safely."

If you've had too much to drink, call 800-AAA-HELP, and a tow truck will take you and your car your house as long as it's in a 15 mile radius.

This is a free service, and you don't have to be a Triple A member.
