Broadway Extension Reopened After Motorcycle Accident

Police responded to an accident near NW 63^rd and northbound Broadway Extension involving a car and a motorcycle Saturday night.

Police temporarily closed all northbound lanes of Broadway Extension while crews worked to clear the roadway. The highway has been reopened.

Troopers say the cause of the collision was reckless driving. According witnesses at the scene,the motorcyclist involved in the crash was seen weaving in and out of traffic.

The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital in extremely critical condition, according to authorities.
