A man accused of running a major prostitution ring is expected to turn himself in. Germaine Coulter is facing charges of racketeering and drugs.

This week, some fliers were put up in his neighborhood warning neighbors about his alleged crimes.

Friday afternoon, Coulter is expected to turn himself in to the Oklahoma County jail after the DA's office filed drug charges against him. He admits to running an escort service in the past, but he told News 9 he's done his time for that, and is not running one now.

But others claim he is back to his old tricks again, including the man behind the fliers.

"The flier he put out in my neighborhood has no merit, no proof, no facts," Coulter said Thursday afternoon.

Coulter said the house he lives in with his family was at the center of a dangerous prostitution ring.

"I've never had no child trafficking case, I've never had no human trafficking case, I've never done anything illegal out of my house, and he's doing this to disrupt and scare my neighbors," Coulter said.

But Brian Bates, the man behind the flier, disagrees with Coulter's claim.

"I have the videotape evidence of the women going out and working Robinson, and going back to that residence. He is what he is, he can claim that he's not and bring on any action he wants against me. I'm happy to air all his dirty laundry for everybody to see," Bates said.

Neighbors we talked to say they're fed up and just want Coulter and his family to move.

"I want them out and I don't want anything like that happening there again," one neighbor said.

"This is a really nice neighborhood, we have children and we're just appalled that this keeps going on and on and on and nobody will stop it," another neighbor said.

Coulter is also facing felony racketeering charges along with four other people for running an alleged carpet cleaning company that investigators claim was a front for selling sex.

And Coulter and his four alleged co-conspirators have a hearing on those racketeering charges next week.
