A woman in southwest Oklahoma City was arrested after allegedly attacking her boyfriend with a knife and a baseball bat.

Officers received a call about a stabbing at about 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16, at an apartment in the 5700 block of S. Agnew Avenue in Oklahoma City.

The victim says his girlfriend, 37-year-old Mary Ellen Hall, hit him with a baseball bat, and when he took that away from her, she grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed him the back.

Police say they saw a five to six inch cut and a two to three inch scratch on the victim's back, and a knot with red bruising on the victim's left elbow area. The victim refused treatment at the scene.

Hall was then taken into custody. She was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail and faces charges of assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and domestic abuse.
