The Grady County Law Enforcement Center has asked the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) to look into the death of an inmate.

Anthony "Tony" John Mollman, 48, died Thursday night at Grady County Memorial Hospital in Chickasha. Mollman was a federal hold inmate. He was in a cell at the Grady County jail when he collapsed. Three other inmates were inside the cell at the time.

Mollman was rushed to the hospital just after 10 p.m. where he was pronounced dead. He had lacerations on his body, but the State Medical Examiner's Office will perform an autopsy to determine how he died.

OSBI agents have already interviewed Mollman's cellmates and the jail staff. They are waiting for the autopsy results to determine the next step in the investigation.
