The Secret Service is now investigating a drug bust that occurred in southwest Oklahoma City on May 13.

Oklahoma City police arrested Kevin Dickerson, 33, and Julian Branch, 37, after finding drugs including meth and marijuana, scales and a large number of either stolen or forged checks inside a car. The car was located outside a hotel in the 1200 block of South Meridian Avenue.

Police say in the trunk of the car, they found hundreds if not thousands of documents including blank and written checks from many different known corporations and people in the Oklahoma City area. Police also found corporate documentation with the stolen or bogus checks that would be needed to print out a check in their name.

The magnitude of what officers found prompted them to call in the Secret Service for assistance.

Police say the two men were taken in on drug charges but could face additional charges following the Secret Service's investigation into the checks.
