OKC Police Release Photo Of Car Connected To Shootings, Robberies

OKLAHOMA CITY -- An overnight crime spree ended with a teenager being shot. Now, police say they have connected the violent crimes to other incidents where shots were fired at three separate victims, randomly targeted throughout the night.

The crimes all happened on May 8.

Investigators now have linked the crimes to a group of three men and one woman.  Now they need your help in finding them.

Police say the spree started when three men approached and tried to shoot a woman in her car at an apartment complex on north Macarthur. One of them pulled out a gun and fired a shot through her window. She was hit by flying glass, but wasn't seriously hurt.

Less than 20 minutes later police say another woman was kidnapped while walking home from a convenience store. She says she was robbed, shot, and then dumped out of the car on the Kilpatrick Turnpike near Council Road. She was hospitalized and is now recovering.

Finally, around 5:45, two men drove up to Bronson Quickle and his friend while they were walking to school near N.W. 16th Street and Meridian. The men demanded money, but the two teens didn't have any. The suspects shot Quickle, leaving him paralyzed. His friend was beaten but managed to run for help.

"It is concerning for us that we got someone that would be out doing this type of crime in such a short period of time in the same area," said Capt. Dexter Nelson with the Oklahoma City Police Department.

Investigators were able to track down a surveillance picture of the vehicle they think was involved.  They believe it is a Dodge 2005 or newer model 4-door vehicle. 

The suspects are described as three black men and one black female all dressed in dark clothing the night of the crimes.
