Former Thunder PA Announcer Charged With Two Felonies

On Wednesday, the Oklahoma County District Attorney charged former Thunder public address announcer Jim Miller with two counts of lewd acts with a child under the age of 16.

According to prosecutors, Miller committed a sexual act in front of a child between June and early April of 2010.

"He would put on pornography and masturbate while this young boy watched," said Phil Stewart with the Harrah Police Department.

Miller was arrested late in the evening on Thursday, May 10, after an arrest warrant was issued. He was released on a $30,000 bond early Friday morning.

Investigators said they found nearly 450 pornographic images and videos on Miller's home computer.
