New developments in the investigation surrounding a developmentally challenged man found earlier this month, chained up inside his Edmond home.

New developments in the investigation surrounding a developmentally challenged man found earlier this month, chained up inside his Edmond home.

Police have submitted charges against his brothers to the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office. It will be up to the DA if formal charges are actually filed.

Officers say the victim had a padlock around his ankle and had been chained up in the living room for about three weeks.

His elderly mother does live at the home, but there are no possible charges against her.

Right now, police have not made any arrests in the case.
