Motorcyclist Injured Racing Away From Security In Tulsa Park

TULSA, Oklahoma -

A motorcyclist is taken to a Tulsa hospital after he crashes his bike trying to get away from security at a Tulsa park early Friday morning.

The incident happened at Hunter Park on 91st between Yale and Sheridan at about 1 a.m.

A security guard on patrol checking for vandalism in the park noticed two motorcycles in the park. When he went to investigate, the two cyclists took off down a walking trail.

One rider hit a drainage ditch grate and the other kept going.

EMSA transported the rider to the hospital. Tulsa Police says he is expected to be okay.

It was not clear what the pair were doing in the park.
